Coaching an individual or a team is different than coaching a whole organisation, the system itself, yet we have many coaching tools we can scale up to support company evolution. Join this workshop to experience, share and learn new ways of building momentum, creating a shared Preferred Future and building confidence in organisations. We will be digging into classic SF coaching tools and redefine them for a company level usage by pointing out what are the two most important topics we have to make sure the members of the organisation regularly revisit in the fast-changing world and how can we support them in this.

Elvira Kalmar is a Certified Organisation Design Professional who works as a coach and organisation development and design practitioner. She has supported startups, small and medium-sized companies and multinational corporations in their evolution and chaired the European Organisation Design Forum. Her work is value-driven, participative, appreciative and solution- and resource-focused. Elvira is a passionate promoter of the work and company evolution approach. As the Founder of the Go Beyond Project, together with SolutionSurfers®, she has created an internationally accredited solution-focused organisation development and design course- Native in Change- and trained hundreds of work evolutionists.
