SF practice isn’t just about asking questions - I’d say it’s fundamentally about listening and responding. But we need to listen in a SolutionFocused way!
In this workshop we’ll explore my “CORE” model – 4 areas to listen out for, focus on and amplify, in order to support our clients and colleagues make the progress they want to make.

Workshop Format
An interactive workshop: a short presentation of the CORE model, exercise to put it into practice, and reflective discussion.

Roy Marriott is a ICF Master Certified Coach, and ESIA Coach Supervisor, and an SF enthusiast since 1992. He trains SF for Kirsten Dierolf’s SolutionsAcademy, and was a core member of Mark McKergow and Jenny Clarke’s SFWork team.
He’s developed SF models such as R4 Delegation, ACE Feedback, CORE Coaching, Brief Mindfulness, ART/MAGIC negotiation, iFLOW time mastery, RADAR anti-procrastination and ZPC Change.
Roy is based in Cambridge, England, is also known by his Buddhist name ShakyaKumara, and loves to be out in the beauty of nature taking landscape photographs or riding his mountain bike (but not at the same time…)
