Content
What if every conversation—no matter how messy or uncertain—could feel like the right one? In this workshop, we’ll explore how to accompany others with creativity and care, even when we don’t have a clear map. Using the Dialogic Orientation Quadrant (DOQ), we’ll practice how to notice what’s emerging in real time and respond in ways that move conversations forward. Whether you’re coaching, leading a team, or navigating everyday workplace moments, this session invites you to explore how structure and spontaneity can come together to turn tricky interactions into meaningful movement.
