John Brooker is a former leader in organisations and now a solution-focused facilitator, trainer, and coach working with organisations. He has been using the Solution Focus approach in organisations since 2004, explicitly and in a ‘guerilla’ manner, integrating it into various topics.

He is a co-founder of Solution Focus in Organisations and a co-editor of the SFiO InterAction Collection, which, along with the former SFCT, has been curating a collection of case studies and applications in multimedia formats since 2008. John is a member of the I2A Network, a global network of leadership developers.

John Teager

John Teager is a former military aviator and commander, an executive director in public service, and a managing director in industry. After nearly 48 years in the workforce, he is almost a man of leisure. He has lived and worked in numerous countries but now calls Adelaide, Australia, home. John converted to SF about seven years ago and has since introduced SF thinking to the business community and company boardrooms. Since its inception, he has collaborated with John Brooker and others on the evolution of the Decision Circle, and several business groups in Australia have responded positively to the framework.
