Solution Focus is a social-constructionist approach together with its narrative and collaborative cousins. Co-creating sessions with our clients rather than designing interventions on our clients is important to all three approaches. In this session, Kirsten will give a short presentation on how Solution Focus can and should develop given this philosophical underpinning followed by a coaching demo on "Interactional Coaching".

Kirsten learned Solution Focus from Steve de Shazer and Insoo Kim Berg. She runs SolutionsAcademy, a coaching school with programs accredited by ICF and EMCC. Kirsten is the editor and co-author of "Solution Focused Team coaching" and "Solution Focused Coaching Supervision" as well as the author of many articles and other contributions focusing on Solution Focused Coaching.
